Code of Conduct (Presidential Protection Detail) Act 2020

An Act to amend the Code of Conduct Act 2019 to allow for a valid uniform, badge and motto waiver for members acting as Presidential Protection Detail.

This Act will take effect upon the day of its proclamation.

  1. Amend the Code of Conduct Act 2019 as follows:
    1. In P1, S1, insert a new subsection to state the following:
      1. "Clause 1 may be excused by the Secret Service's Management Division for employees for the sole purpose of serving as Presidential Protection Details (PPD)"

Sen. Martin-: introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Joint Committee on Ways and Means.

This bill will allow the Secret Service's Management Division to excuse P1, S1(1)(1) of the Code of Conduct Act 2019 which pertains to always having a valid uniform, badge and motto for one's rank, allowing members to appear more uniform and as a group during events in which the Presidential Prodection Detail is used.

Reintroduction of the Code of Conduct (Presidential Protection Detail) Act 2020 which was found unconstitutional.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Branch of the Habbo White House in Congress assembled, that the Code of Conduct (Presidential Protection Detail) Act 2020 is enacted.
